KFC in George Street near UTS tower building. With classmate Phong from Ho Chi Ming City, Vietnam. No mash potatoes but bloody coleslaw- i don't think it's fresh. Anyway not as good as the chicken in Malaysia as there was no "Finger Licking Good".
My lovely Luncheon
Toasted wholemeal bread 2 slices, fried two eggs with little bit of chicken powder and Bak Choi. Put some chilli sauce and they are ready to serve. Simple but nice ~
My dinner in July 07
Fried Choi Sum and the black bean with pork. Simple food for two person at home. Without the proper rice cooker to prepare the rice seems fine because i was using the modern rice cooker. Just put in the microwave for 8 minutes, and turn to 50% less heat and another 8 minutes then the rice is cooked.
Formula to cook the rice with the modern rice cooker. Put the rice in the cooker, if it's 2 person then 2 cups. Add some water untill it reach the line "4 cups"-yes double the rice volume. Never cook rice like this before in Malaysia for 21 years.
